guitar wire cutter, also known as a chocolate cutter, cheese slicer or cheese plane, is a simple yet effective tool used primarily for slicing chocolate and cheese block into thin, uniform pieces.

The wire cutting makes beautiful incision compare with blade cutter, its cutting size is adjustable.
The guitar wire cutter is very easy to operate, just put one arm down, then put another arm down, transfer the food by tray which we send as gift. Client can adjust the cutting size depends on requirement, to square shape, rectangle shape or diamond shape.

Not all cheeses are suitable for slicing with a wire cutter. Soft food like raw chocolate, cake, cheese, butter, tofu, jelly are best to use, hold the wire cutter by the handle and position it over the block of cheese. Apply gentle pressure and glide the cutter smoothly across the chocolate block, allowing the wire or blade to slice through the food.

After use, clean the wire cutter with warm, soapy water and dry it thoroughly. Store it in a dry, cool place to maintain its
